Pamela Harris merged her love for interior design and custom framing in October
of 2004 when she purchased Frame-Up Gallery. Pam
established Shifting Wave Interior Design in 2002, and has since combined her
love of art with her love of design. Today, working both in the framing
business and in the interior design field, Pam’s resume is filled with her
various experiences. She has trained professionally with designer Judy Kent,
MSW, MALS of Chestnut Hill Interior Design in Greensboro, North
Carolina.
Pam’s recent work has been in incorporating
the use of Art in all aspects of decorating including: room renovations, hanging
multiple pieces of Art to fit in downsized spaces, selection of custom mats and
frames for corporate businesses, and room color and design coordination. As a
recent project, Pam has been designing the set of Maya Angelou world-renowned
poet who is coming to Chrysler Hall in April of 2007.
Pam is available for onsite color consultation
and wall art design for residential and corporate businesses. She can also
offer advice and creative ideas on selection choices when adjusting to a smaller

Christina Pagano has been with Frame-Up Gallery since January of 2003. Born in Norfolk, Christina will be graduating
from Old Dominion University in May of 2007 with a degree in English and
Marketing. Christina’s love for art
comes from her grandfather who was a master engraver for the National Bureau of
Engraving and Printing in Washington D.C.
Today, Christina enjoys her position of manager where her interests in
color and design are used on a daily basis.
Christina hopes to eventually work in Public Relations or Marketing. Come in soon to meet Christina and see the

Katrina Madsen is a Virginia Beach native who recently graduated from Longwood
University in 2005 with a degree in graphic design. With a love for computer related art and
drawing, Katie adds a great interest in form and color to custom framing and
design. An aptitude for art runs in
Katie’s family with her grandfather being a successful and talented
illustrator. While honing her framing
skills, Katie looks forward to eventually working in graphic design on a
full-time basis. In her spare time Katie
enjoys sculpting clay and developing her art portfolio. Come in to meet Katie and see her wonderful
